Text message terms
Last updated 15 October 2026
Businesses use FiveStariz to text their customers after a visit or job, asking for a review.
What you get
After a visit or job, the business you used may text you 1 message with a link to leave a review, and up to 3 reminders if you do not open it. These are not marketing messages.
How you agree
You agree when you give your mobile number to the business for your visit or job and agree to hear from it, or when you type your number on the business's tablet at the counter, which shows this wording: "By sending, you agree to get 1 message with a review link. Reply STOP to opt out."
Stop and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from that business. You get 1 last message confirming it. Reply START to get texts again. Reply HELP for help, or write to radhika@totodreammarketing.com.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 messages per visit.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.
